This enjoyable practice creates health in the body's Functional, Subtle Energy and Structural systems. The internal organs are massaged and strengthened. Meridian pathways which carry the Chi are cleansed and nourished. The skeletal and postural system becomes correctly aligned.

Logical sequencing of body-friendly routines have been synthesised from a basis of Oriental philosphy and medicine, including the Shaolin discipline of Chi-Gung and traditional systems of Kriya and Kundalini Yoga. Included are aspects of Alexander Technique, Pilates, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Tibetan Yoga, Japanese Do-in, Ayurverda and the Tao.

Cultivation of self-awareness in the lessons carries over to aspects of Being beyond class and personal practice. Specific psycho-physiological issues are resolved through regular practice, giving students of all ages and stages (including pregnancy) the freedom to evolve to their full potential.

News from Living Harmony Yoga

The Summer Teacher's Intensive at YCG Centre in Brisbane featured a practise known as Wu Li Gung. There are 4 levels (beginner to advanced).

Some of this form will now be incorporated in the YogaChiGung classes because of its further enhancement (n spite of gentle movements), to Spinal suppleness, core strength and of access to a deeper level of Chi.

You can view all our Programs on our Courses/Classes page.
